Workshop Hours: Monday-Friday 07:00-17:00 | Saturday 08:00-13:00
Our commercial workshop provides comprehensive repair, servicing, and maintenance for vehicles from light vans to 44-tonne HGVs, understanding that every hour a vehicle sits idle affects your bottom line.
We service light commercials up to 3.5 tonnes through to full HGVs, articulated units, and commercial trailers, following manufacturer schedules with comprehensive safety-critical inspections. As an authorised MOT testing station for Class 5 and Class 7 vehicles, we offer same-location preparation and testing – saving you the labour, fuel, and downtime of travelling to separate test centres, with no risk of picking up defects en route. Statutory 6-week and 8-week safety inspections keep your fleet compliant with DVSA and Traffic Commissioner requirements.
Professional diagnostic equipment covers all major manufacturers including Mercedes-Benz, Scania, Volvo, DAF, Iveco, and MAN, accurately identifying faults across engine, transmission, brake, and emissions systems. Our capabilities extend from air brake systems and suspension work through to engine overhauls, clutch and gearbox replacement, and AdBlue/SCR emissions repairs. Welding and fabrication facilities handle chassis repairs, mounting brackets, and structural work in-house.
Commercial trailer servicing, safety inspections, and MOT preparation keep your trailers on the road. We also service tail lifts, tipper hydraulics, curtainside equipment, and refrigeration units, plus digital and analogue tachograph calibration to keep you legally compliant.
Preventative maintenance programmes, scheduled safety inspections, and after-hours collection and delivery keep your fleet working during operational hours whilst servicing happens outside them. Fixed-price packages and account facilities with monthly invoicing and consolidated billing make budgeting straightforward, and priority scheduling ensures your vehicles are seen when you need them.
Clear estimates before work begins, plain-language explanations of what your vehicle needs, and no additional work carried out without your agreement first. We distinguish clearly between essential repairs and items that can wait.
We run commercial vehicles ourselves, so we understand the pressures of keeping a fleet compliant and earning. Because we also provide recovery and roadside assistance, a broken-down vehicle can come straight to us for repair without involving separate companies – one point of contact from breakdown to back on the road.
