  • Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and reporting any defects promptly
  • Maintaining accurate records of collections, deliveries, times, locations, and any incidents
  • Adhering to all UK and European traffic laws, tachograph regulations, and safety requirements
  • Representing D&G Europe professionally with clients and collection/delivery contacts at all times

What You'll Need

  • Valid Category CE licence (essential)
  • Valid Driver CPC card (essential)
  • Valid Digital Tachograph card (essential)
  • Minimum 1 year's proven experience driving in Europe (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year's experience moving cars, plant, or similar (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of loading and securing vehicles safely
  • Good mechanical awareness — ability to spot and report issues
  • Strong communication skills and a professional manner with clients

Flatbed or transporter-specific qualifications are an advantage.

What We Offer

  • Competitive rate of pay
  • Additional night-out allowance on top of daily rate
  • Regular, ongoing work
  • Operate as part of an established, reputable transport group
  • UK and European routes — varied, long-distance work for drivers who want to be out on the road

About You

You're experienced, self-sufficient, and trustworthy behind the wheel. You understand that the vehicles in your care represent significant value to clients and you treat every load accordingly, and European driving doesn't faze you. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
